Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled service time.
Appointments canceled with 48 hours or more notice will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved time and scheduling costs.
If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.
